C. (§23.32) Moving Pictures and Videotape

Motion pictures or videotapes, like photographs, are admissible if they are relevant and their prejudicial effect does not outweigh their probative value. State v. Mease,842 S.W.2d 98 (Mo. banc 1992), cert. denied, 508 U.S. 918 (1993). Videotaped confessions and crime scene videos are admissible. State v. Anderson, 862 S.W.2d 425, 431–32 (Mo.
