G. (§23.29) Exculpatory Evidence

The Supreme Court of Missouri held in a capital case that exculpatory hair evidence found at the crime scene was logically and legally relevant to be admissible, and that excluding exculpatory hair evidence was prejudicial. State v. Barriner, 111 S.W.3d 396 (Mo. banc 2003).
