1. (§23.13) Circumstantial Evidence

Circumstantial evidence is relevant if it tends logically to prove or disprove or to support or establish a fact or issue between the parties. State v. Cox, 527 S.W.2d 448, 453 (Mo. App. E.D. 1975). Any element of any crime may be proved by circumstantial evidence. State v. Fields, 434 S.W.2d 507, 516 (Mo. 1968).
