The Juvenile Code, Chapter 211, RSMo, provides no protection to a juvenile against a fair lineup. In State v. Richardson, 495 S.W.2d 435 (Mo. banc 1973), the 1969 amendment to § 211.271.3, now RSMo 2000, was examined in detail. The Court found that it contained no language that indicated—either expressly or by implication—that the General Assembly intended to prohibit individuals from testifying as to what they saw when they looked at a juvenile in a fair lineup.
