The undersigned, ________________, (hereinafter known as the Client) hereby requests the legal services of ___________ (hereinafter known as the Attorney) for representation concerning _______________________
Legal services will be billed on an hourly basis, with time being charged in tenths of an hour, at the following rates:
Partners: ___________ per hour Paralegals: ___________ per hour
Associates: __________ per hour Law Clerks: ___________ per hour
The Attorney will use the Attorney’s discretion in staffing to provide services in the most economical manner possible. Please note that all time spent on the Client’s behalf in this matter, including time spent on telephone conversations, will be charged to the Client.
