C. (§21.5) Rules

Local rules in some jurisdictions provide counsel questionnaires concerning basic personal history of prospective jurors. See generally Rules 27, 37. There is no prohibition against counsel seeking leave of court to submit counsel’s own questionnaire to members of the jury pool in advance of trial.
