5. (§21.15) Making the Record and Review

Errors in the exclusion of potential jurors should always be made on the side of caution, especially when a replacement can be easily obtained. State v. Stewart, 692 S.W.2d 295 (Mo. banc 1985). Questionable jurors should be excluded. State v. Hopkins, 687 S.W.2d 188 (Mo. banc 1985); State v. Carter, 544 S.W.2d 334 (Mo. App. E.D. 1976).
