6. (§21.14) Value of Pensions and Retirement Accounts (New Title)

In Joyner v. Joyner, 460 S.W.3d 467, 476 (Mo. App. W.D. 2015), the court ruled that:

If the parties are unwilling to present evidence of the present cash value of [a] pension, the court may appoint its own “expert” witness or master to value the asset and offer testimony or report to that effect.
