Section 20 Duplicate Title

A motor vehicle owner who has previously titled the vehicle in Missouri may obtain a duplicate title by paying an $8.50 fee and filing a title application and an affidavit with the Director that the original title was lost, stolen, mutilated, or destroyed. Section 301.300.1, RSMo Supp. 2007. No discretion for waiver of this fee exists.
