The court may ask the custodian whether they admit or deny the allegations of the petition. Rule 124.06.c.
If the allegations in the petition are admitted and the court finds that the admissions are sufficient for the court to proceed under the Juvenile Code, Chapter 211, RSMo, the court may either accept the admissions as verification of the allegations or proceed to receive evidence.
