Domestic Relations Employment Agreement

I, the undersigned Client, hereby employ __________, (hereinafter referred to as “the Law Firm”) to represent me in a domestic relations matter, and I agree to pay for this representation in accordance with the following schedule. The following moneys have been deposited with the firm:

Fees deposited $___________ (attorney and paralegal fees)

Costs deposited $___________ (fees associated with experts)

Court costs deposited $___________ (fees for filing and depositions)

All time expended carries a charge for time expended as follows: partner: $_____ per hour; associate: $______ per hour; legal assistant: $______ per hour.

All time expended by any employee of the Law Firm on behalf of the Client, including time spent talking to the Client or to any other person who should contact the Law Firm in regard to the case, will be charged.

The Law Firm is authorized to incur costs and expenses. The above attorney fee does not include charges for expert witnesses, long distance telephone calls, photocopies, facsimile copies, typing taped or recorded conversations, court costs, filing fees...
