XV. (§20.44) Sexually Violent Predator
Test results from tests conducted by a psychologist in proceedings to indefinitely confine a convicted sex offender as a sexually violent predator are admissible when the facts or data on which the expert bases the opinion are those reasonably relied on by experts in the field and the facts and data are otherwise reasonably reliable.
