F. (§20.25) Appeal

Section 472.160.1(14), RSMo 2000, provides the right to appeal from a probate judgment. As with other causes of action, the ripeness of an appeal is dependent on the finality of the judgment. Particularly in a probate proceeding, the pleading does not need to be labeled “judgment” to be appealable.
