Generally, this chapter focuses on the rules promulgated by state administrative agencies because there are statutory provisions governing them. State agency rules that are currently being proposed, rescinded, or amended can be found in the Missouri Register, published by the Missouri Secretary of State. This twice-a-month publication, available for $56 per year, is analogous in function to the Federal Register. It is also available on the Secretary of State’s website at:
