Profit is defined as the money that is remaining after the expenses of the transaction are subtracted from the revenues. Morrow v. Mo. Pac. Ry. Co., 123 S.W. 1034 (Mo. App. S.D. 1909). All expenses must be deducted from revenue to determine net profit. Brown v. McIBS, Inc., 722 S.W.2d 337 (Mo. App. E.D. 1986).
