Section 2 Sources of Information as to Practice and Procedure Before the Public Service Commission

There are essentially four sources of information that may be used in developing a working knowledge of practice and procedure before the PSC:

1. The PSC Law (Public Service Commission Law), Chapters 386, 392, and 393, RSMo, contains numerous references to practice and procedure. More importantly, it contains the elements of the substantive law that must be alleged and proven in various cases.
