The language of the lien statutes covering property upon which improvements have been made primarily applies to buildings or structures and secondarily to land.58 Thus, mobile homes, because they are considered to be mere personalty or chattel property, probably may not be liened (although factual circumstances will ultimately govern, factoring the degree of permanency with which it is attached).59
