H. (§2.33) Marriage Terminated by Murder

Property held in tenancy by the entirety creates an estate between the husband and wife in which each spouse owns
a one-half indivisible portion of the whole estate. But when one spouse intentionally kills the other, the tenancy by entirety is converted to a tenancy in common, and the estate of each spouse is entitled to one-half of the property.
