A. (§2.19) Statute of Limitations

The statute of limitations for an assault or battery is two years from the date the cause of action accrued. Section 516.140, RSMo Supp. 2014; K.G. v. R.T.R., 918 S.W.2d 795, 798 (Mo. banc 1996).
