Venue and procedure to commence suit are governed by Rules 51, 53, and 54 and § 508.011, RSMo Supp. 2010. A suit to quiet title should be brought in the circuit court of the county in which the real estate is located. Section 508.030, RSMo 2000; Castleman v. Castleman,83 S.W. 757, 758 (Mo. 1904).
