Section 19 Request for Issuance of Writ of Garnishment

Rule 90.02

The clerk of the court that entered the judgment will issue a writ of garnishment upon receipt of a written request by the garnishor stating the items set forth in Rule 90.02. All garnishments must be returnable with 30, 60, or 90 days; this time runs from the filing of the request.
