Rule 61.01(c) provides that, if timely answers or objections are not filed as required by Rule 59.01 to a request for admissions, “the genuineness of any relevant documents or the truth of any relevant and material matter of fact contained in the request for admissions” will be deemed admitted “unless the court on motion permits withdrawal or amendment of the admission.” Rule 59.01(b).
