X. (§19.39) Physical and Mental Examination of Persons
The purpose of Rule 60.01 is to “eliminate uncertainty concerning the medical aspects of the cause and [to] permit the preparation of an intelligent and informed defense.” Barnes v. Kissell, 861 S.W.2d 614, 619 (Mo. App. W.D. 1993).
