M. (§19.36) Nonparty Depositions

In some cases, the need to know what the expert witness’s testimony will be is obvious, e.g., a certified public accountant’s evaluation of a closely held corporation. Medical testimony or testimony of a witness expected to be absent at trial may also be needed.
