D. (§19.27) Limitation or Termination of Depositions

As stated in §19.12 above, under Rule 56.01(c), the court may enter protective orders to prevent unreasonable annoyance, embarrassment, oppression, undue burden or expense, etc. But once a deposition has begun, Rule 56.01(c) is not the appropriate remedy.
