D. (§19.17) Standard Interrogatories
Most attorneys have developed a set or several sets of standard interrogatories and have modified them as experience suggests. These standard sets can be helpful and time saving. A sample set of interrogatories for use in a modification case is available in §26.36 of this deskbook.
