Section 18 Offenses Involving Drug Paraphernalia

The Original Code sets out two separate offenses involving drug paraphernalia:
1. Unlawful use
2. Delivery or manufacture
Like the offenses involving delivery and manufacture of controlled substances, the Revised Code divides delivery and manufacture of drug paraphernalia into two separate offenses, so there will be three separate offenses for unlawful use, delivery, and manufacture. See:
