A.B. v. Liberty United Methodist Church, No. WD 59922, 2002 WL 31890054 (Mo. App. W.D. Dec. 31, 2002), is an unpublished Western District decision available on Westlaw. This matter was transferred to the Supreme Court (SL 85168) on April 22, 2003, then dismissed on May 16, 2003, apparently after settlement.
