“[A] court of equity has the inherent power to ‘exercise jurisdiction over trust estates, to supervise their administration, and to make all orders necessary for their preservation and conservation . . . .’” Williams v. Duncan ex rel. Pauline M. Babcock, Living Trust, 55 S.W.3d 896 (Mo. App. S.D. 2001) (quoting Riggs v. Moise, 128 S.W.2d 632, 634 (Mo. banc 1939)). Section 456.2-202.3, RSMo Supp. 2008, states that “[a] judicial proceeding involving a trust may relate to any matter involving the trust’s...
