B. (§18.4) Merger of Probate Courts Into Circuit Court
Effective January 2, 1979, Article V of the Missouri Constitution was amended to provide that, “The jurisdiction of probate courts within the circuit shall be transferred to the circuit court and such courts shall become divisions of the circuit court.” Mo.
