E. (§18.29) Documents Relating to Family History

A document containing statements of fact about family history is admissible to prove these facts if:

· the document is a record of a religious organization or a family document;

· the statement relates to matters of family interest; and

· the document was made before litigation and before there was a motive to be untruthful.
