G. (§18.25) Divorce or Other Change in Circumstances After Execution of Will

Section 474.420, RSMo 2000, provides that if the testator is divorced after making a will, all provisions in the will in favor of the testator’s ex-spouse are revoked, and the effect of this constructive revocation is the same as if the ex-spouse had died at the time of the divorce.
