C. (§18.15) Workers’ Compensation Documents
Certified copies of records of medical treatment furnished to an employee are admissible in workers’ compensation proceedings. Section 287.140.7, RSMo 2016. If an impartial physician is appointed by the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission, the Workers’ Compensation Division, or an administrative law judge to examine an injured employee, the physician’s medical report is admissible if all parties have had reasonable access to the report.
