The petitioner, Linda V. Smith, states for her Motion and Affidavit Pendente Lite as follows:
1. The petitioner has filed herein her Petition for Dissolution of Marriage.
2. The petitioner is employed by Jackson Industries, Inc., 123 Main Street, St. Louis, Missouri, and her Social Security number is 000-00-0000. The respondent is employed by The Hooper Company, 333 West State Street, St. Louis, Missouri, and his Social Security number is 000-00-0000.
3. There is one unemancipated minor child born of the marriage, namely, Dwight Anthony Smith, born November 31, 1992. The minor child is currently residing with the petitioner and has resided with her for at least six months before this proceeding. No other actions for his custody are pending in the courts of this or any other state.
