1. (§18.14) Actual Damages
Actual damages may be broken down into two categories:
1. General damages
2. Special damages
General damages are those that are the "natural, necessary, and logical consequence" of a defendant’s wrongful act. State ex rel. Webb v. Hartford Cas. Ins. Co., 956 S.W.2d 272, 275 (Mo.
