B. (§18.13) Plaintiffs in Suits Involving Probated Wills

Section 474.520, RSMo 2000, gives the court in which a will is probated the “jurisdiction to construe it at any time during the administration.” This construction may be made on the petition of the executor or administrator or of any other person interested in the will. Id. Recipients of nonprobate transfers are not automatically “interested persons” required to receive notice in an estate opened to satisfy creditors’ claims. Estate of Givens v. Givens, 234 S.W.3d 519 (Mo. App. E.D. 2007).
