An unrecorded subdivision plat has been deemed inadmissible for purposes of demonstrating a loss of profits, which was determined to be so remote as to be speculative and perhaps misleading. In In re Armory Site in Kansas City v. Aronson, 282 S.W.2d 464, 472–73 (Mo. 1955), the Court held:
