A condemnor involved with an applicable project receiving federal funds must comply with 42 U.S.C. §§ 4651, 4652, and 4655 of the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 (the Act), as amended, Public Law No. 91-646, 84 Stat. 1894.
