Section 17 Adequate Description of Property

The real estate must be adequately described in the petition and order of publication. If the description is not adequate, the court, upon request of the plaintiff, can appoint a surveyor to prepare a description, Williams v. Pemiscot Cnty.,133 S.W.2d 417, 419 (Mo. 1939); Weber v.
