3. (§17.40) Liability for Act of Third Party
A person who causes a third person to enter on another person’s land may also be liable for trespass. Thus, a person who aids, abets, assists, or advises a third person to commit an act constituting a trespass will be equally liable with the person who does the act complained of. Broyles v.
