1. (§17.29) Acts of Revocation and Requisite Intent
It is the duty of anyone having possession of a will of a deceased person to deliver it to the appropriate probate division in accordance with the provisions of § 473.043, RSMo 2000. A testator may have more than one will, but only the last valid, unrevoked will of the deceased will be accepted by the probate division on proper proof.
A testator may revoke a will at any time, for any reason, through any one of the following statutory methods:
