The following is a form of amendment to a Delaware corporation's certificate of incorporation involving the reduction of par value of the corporation's only class of stock, common stock.
Form No. 2, in § 1.17 of Chapter 1, may be used to reduce the corporation's capital in connection with this charter amendment. It should be noted that this amendment does not effect a stock split but merely reduces the par value of the corporation's stock.
