Section 16 Description of Adverse Claims

Adverse claims should be described, but this description can
be general in character, such as, for example, that the defendants
claim under a certain deed or will. Davidson v. Laclede Land & Improvement Co., 161 S.W. 686 (Mo. 1913); Meyer v. Wise, 133 S.W.2d 321 (Mo. 1939).
