Dear Ms. Client:

This letter is to follow up on the Revocable Living Trust we established for you on October 15, 2008. Recent studies have shown that a substantial number of people fail to follow through on funding their Revocable Living Trusts. It is very important that you transfer assets into the name of your trust, or the assets will not avoid probate or conservatorship proceedings as you intended. When transferring assets, the correct trust name to use is:

Gertrude C. Client, Trustee of the Gertrude C. Client Revocable Living Trust dated 10/15/08.

The tax identification number to be used on your trust is your own Social Security number.

Specifically, be sure to consider each of the following:
