1. (§16.7) Contract Requirements
Certain basic requirements for TOCs and JOCs are set out in FAR 16.504(a)(4):
· A defined period of the contract, including options
· A total minimum and maximum to be ordered
· Minimum and maximum order limitations (optional)
· A statement of the required work
· Ordering procedures
· If multiple awards are to be made, the criteria to be used in providing a “fair opportunity”
