C. (§16.5)Subjects of Expert Testimony

The scope of the subjects about which expert opinion has been solicited at trial is broad and covers the broad gamut of cases tried over time.

In Baldridge v. Lacks, 883 S.W.2d 947 (Mo. App. E.D. 1994), the court permitted the expert testimony of a licensed attorney regarding whether an attorney who negotiated a marital property settlement exercised the requisite standard of care.
