A. (§16.5) Advisory and Assistance Services
Advisory and assistance (A&A) services, defined at 31 U.S.C. § 1105(g)(2) and discussed in FAR Subpart 37.2, include services to support or improve organizational policy development, management and administration, program or project management and administra- tion, and research and development activities.
