In Brown & Root Services Corp., ASBCA No. 44,020, 95-2 BCA ¶ 27,860 (July 19, 1995), discussing an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract, the pricing data used to price individual delivery orders contained references to chutes used for disposal.
