A. (§16.3) The Restatement

Strict liability is typically imposed without regard to traditional notions accompanying liability, such as fault, blame, or guilt. In Bennett v. Mallinckrodt, Inc., 698 S.W.2d 854 (Mo. App. E.D. 1985), Missouri adopted §§ 519 and 520 of the Restatement (Second) of Torts (1977). Section 519 states:
