3. (§16.24) Chapter 13 Proceedings
Because only individuals can avail themselves of Chapter 13 rehabilitation proceedings, Chapter 13 contains no provisions for the nondischargeability of tax debts for corporations and other business entities. 11 U.S.C. § 109(e).
